Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations will be accepted until October 24th. Refunds will be made in full less a $75 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds issued after October 24th.

Registration Changes & Transfers:

Transfer requests must be made in writing and received by October 24th in order to be processed. Please fax your requests to 303-530-2691 or send an email to: dbartlett@executivevents.com outlining the transfer information.
